The founder: where I come from

Performance forged under real pressure.

Elite sport is where capability, trust and performance are built when every detail matters.

Before entering the business world, I competed in elite sport. I played volleyball for the Université de Montréal Carabins and had the honour of representing Canada at the FISU World University Games in Taiwan.

I now bring that mindset to the SMEs, professional-service firms, manufacturers and digital organizations I support.

What elite sport taught me

  1. 01

    The discipline that creates results

  2. 02

    The consistency that builds wins

  3. 03

How to manage stress under pressure

  4. 04

    Team cohesion

  5. 05

Clear roles and trust in teammates, the system and the process

  6. 06

The determination to never settle for the minimum and to keep aiming higher

What made me perform in business

The rigour of a Black Belt. The instinct of a builder.

More than eight years in operational performance and digital transformation, in environments where results must be tangible.

As a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, I have completed more than 100 engagements across aerospace, agriculture, food processing, construction, distribution, manufacturing, professional services — surveying, law, accounting, notarial and therapy practices —, technology and transportation.

My objective

Deliver tangible, measurable impact on profitability, operational capacity and organizational flow.

  • Optimized core processes across production, procurement, operations and services
  • Implemented Lean practices: 5S, VSM, Kaizen and standard work
  • Guided digital transformations and technology selections: ERP, CRM and BI
  • Established effective management systems: KPI, OKR, Hoshin Kanri and Gemba Walk
  • Facilitated workshops in risk, change, document and project management, as well as team cohesion
  • Supported leadership teams in strategic decision-making

An adventurer’s DNA

Build. Cultivate. Explore.

Alongside my advisory work, entrepreneurship, agriculture and travel have deeply shaped how I understand organizations and people.

01 · Build

The entrepreneurial adventure

I develop and operate several projects across craftsmanship, real estate, consumer products and agriculture.

These experiences keep me connected to field reality: limited resources, daily decision pressure, capacity, cash flow, customer experience and human dynamics.

What this changes as an advisor

  • I understand the language and realities of business owners
  • I know what execution means, not just analysis
  • I apply Lean, governance and performance principles in my own operations
  • I think in cycles, flow and real returns
  • I remain a continuous learner
02 · Cultivate

The agricultural adventure

I am also a beekeeper and apple grower, two passions I discovered almost by chance and that bring me a great deal.

These hands-on activities teach me to observe, understand cycles, respect the pace of living systems and appreciate patient, consistent work.

A school of living systems

They give me balance, but above all, a continuous source of learning that shapes how I see systems, processes and growth.

03 · Explore

The travel adventure

My parents passed on their love of travel, and I continue to discover the world today.

Travel teaches me to

  • Step outside my comfort zone
  • Adapt quickly
  • Develop constant curiosity
  • Observe before judging
  • Navigate uncertainty

Every destination teaches me something about people, systems, decision-making and creativity.
